Deep family roots in Brunswick County, passion for Oak Island and the NC coast drove me to start my Real Estate Career with Carolina Exclusives in 2014, then had the opportunity to purchase Carolina Exclusives in 2023 from my family and have found my forever path! In year two of ownership drove dollar sales up 76% and closed out 2025 strong with $46.7 million in sales,  30% increase vs. 2024!!

I am a NC native who graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Finance degree in 2003.  I grew up loving Oak Island as my family has owned property on the Island since the 70’s.  After living in Wilmington, NC and working 3 years as a Mortgage Broker, I joined L’Oreal and drove my sales career with 5 promotions and numerous relocations. However, after living in MD, NJ, NY, GA and SC I have finally settled down in Oak Island with my husband and daughter in 2014.  Due to my countless relocations and owning 5 homes along the way, I understand the stress of relocating and selling/buying a home.
